The AP5 would be my choice if I had to choose between the Z5RS or AP5. I also like the fact that the MKE's do have the forward push pin in front of the trigger housing just like the original MP5's. If you are willing to spend between $2900 - $3100, then HK SP5 is another good MP5 CLONE if you want the HK brand stamp on top of the receiver.However, the Sp5 is upgraded to a MP5-F. The MP5-F upgrades increase reliability. That is not to say the MKE is or isn't as reliable as the Sp5. Both are excellent choices.
