I know you have EFI Live, but for those who don't, I used a load resistor to make sure my CEL didn't come on. I deleted mine and two days later, I had a Check engine light. The only way I have seen searching the internbet on removing the CEL (code) is by using a EFI live tuner, as it allows you to fool the ECM by setting the input voltage for the intake heater to 0. If is does not than it most likely is the Glow Plug / Intake Air Heater Relay, as it should not be needed above 50deg.
