The subclass is great for exploration and damage builds but it’s better to avoid damage then trying to tank. Dex honestly is the wrong match for melee horizen walker imo if you want to maximize. The subclass bonus action is amazing and that eating every bonus action makes two weapon fighting melee impossible so you are heavily handicapped going dex.
