I decided to level up my Federation rank and found the fastest way to do this is to do courier missions back and forth between Perry's Folly and Chakpa. When I arrived to Perry's Folly there's apparently an infrastructure failure and there's no options for courier missions, just donations.Depending where you go you will find different ways to rank up... be that smuggling, combat, trade etc.. you can rank up all levels without killing people or doing any in game thing you don't like afaik. When you hit 100% in any rank you have to look for a "Navy Ascension" mission. Thats the only way you will rank up.…
