yes, you can run the game at a locked 60 if you have the hardware to do so. but just because BotW can run well doesn't mean TotK will. there is a good chance that Nintendo's developers find ways to better utilize the Switch hardware. until the game is actually out, there is no point in testing anything. 3.I think dolphin is for plain Wii emulation (and game cube). Cemu is for Wii U. I think breath of the wild is for switch and Wii U so Cemu is your only choice. Moreover, minimal config, no mods like FPS++ needed (although CEMU has great graphic packs). So for a vanilla experience and keeping everything on Yuzu its a great option.
