Go with 4:10s and 33's.The 4.56 ring gears has 41 teeth, while the 4.88 has 39. More importantly, The 4.88 uses an 8 tooth pinion, vs. the 9 tooth pinion for the 4.56. Those gears with 33's would make 1st If you look in the gearing guides like I have, 4.56 is an "economy" choice, 4.88 is an all-around choice, with 5.13 a "more power" choice. This gearing makes up for the lack of horsepower and torque in the 22re (when compared to cruiser 6cyl). Top speed suffers a little bit and I try to stay around 55mph but 70mph is easily doable. If your car doesn't move when you put it into gea I'd only consider 4.88 for 33's if your Jeep seldom sees the highway. Even offroad 4.56 is more than enough for 33's considering most offroading is done with the transfer case in 4Lo.
