Ob checked my cervix just now after doing my group b strep test and I'm 3 cm dilated and 75% effaced! This is my second child but I was induced with my first so I have no experience with natural labor.With my first, I was 2 cm, 75% effaced at 36 weeks, went into labor naturally at 38w5d.
